A. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
The Service Provider will provide professional transcription services (“Service Provider Data and Materials”) in the language or languages identified in this Work Order designed to transcribe different types of data in accordance with the general parameters and specifications set forth below.
B. DATA TRANSCRIPTION
1. GENERAL PARAMETERS
Transcription should represent all words as spoken – including hesitations, filler words, false starts, and other verbal tics.
Transcription may include the following types of data:
2. GENERAL TELEPHONY CONVERSATION
● Types: General conversation
● Suggested length: 20 to 60 minute per audio file
● Style of speech: Conversational, unscripted, and between two speakers.
3. CALL CENTER INTERACTIONS
● Types: Call center interactions.
● Suggested Length: 5 to 15 minutes per interaction.
● Style of Speech: Goal-oriented, unscripted, and resembling a typical conversation between an agent and a customer in a call center.
4. MEDIA
● Types: Public domain content
● Suggested Length: up to 120 minutes per audio file
● Style of speech: Unscripted, and with one or multiple speakers depending on the domain.
